Tiny bathroom refresh
Designer Bari J. Ackerman loves bold, saturated colors, often found in intricate floral patterns in her interiors. When she decided to renovate a small powder room in her Scottsdale home, she knew only a skylight could bring in natural light throughout the day to highlight the color and pattern of the green and blue scalloped tiles inspired by a mermaid's tail that she had planned for the vanity backsplash. The skylight not only highlights this burst of color, but it also opens to create airflow, so the bathroom stays fresh. Read more here.
A white, light-filtering blind diffuses the light on warm days. The skylight is a solar-powered, fresh air model, size VCS 2222 (22 1/2" W x 22 1/2" H).
